Comienza el seminario ‘El carnaval como noticia: de la pensadora gaditana a diario de carnaval’ en la 74ª edición de los Cursos de Verano de Cádiz

Del 8 al 10 julio 2024 tendrá lugar en el Edificio Constitución 1812 de Cádiz el seminario  El carnaval como noticia: de la pensadora gaditana a diario de carnaval, incluido en el programa de la 74ª edición de los Cursos de Verano de la Universidad de Cádiz, organizado por el Servicio de Extensión Universitaria del Vicerrectorado de Sostenibilidad y Cultura de la Universidad de Cádiz  y y patrocinado por el Ayuntamiento de Cádiz y  Santander Universidades, con la colaboración de la Cátedra del Carnaval  de la UCA y el Aula de Cultura del Carnaval de Cádiz. 

Coordinado por Alberto Ramos Santana, catedrático emérito de Historia Contemporánea en la UCA, director de la Cátedra de Carnaval y del Grupo de Investigación “Esteban Boutelou” del Plan Andaluz de Investigación., el seminario pretende analizar la evolución del Carnaval como noticia y el papel adoptado por la prensa sobre la fiesta.
