UCA and CEIMAR celebrate the European Maritime Day, where the White Paper for Blue Growth in Spain and Portugal is presented

La celebración del Día Marítimo Europeo (EMD), organizado por el Campus de Excelencia Internacional Global del Mar (CEIMAR), ha servido para la presentación del Libro Blanco para el Crecimiento Azul en el Área Transfronteriza entre España y Portugal, un informe de referencia que explica el panorama del sector de la Economía Azul, identifica retos y oportunidades y genera redes para aunar capacidades y recursos en las regiones de Andalucía, Algarve, Alentejo y Galicia. Esta jornada se celebra dentro del marco tanto del proyecto ATLAZUL: Impulso de la Alianza Litoral Atlántica como, del proyecto ITEAZUL: Innovación y transferencia para la Economía Azul, desarrollado por la Universidad de Cádiz y por el CEIMAR.

The celebration of the European Maritime Day (EMD), organised by the Campus of International Global Excellence of the Sea (CEIMAR), has served for the presentation of the White Paper for Blue Growth in the Cross-border Area between Spain and Portugal, a reference report that explains the panorama of the Blue Economy sector, identifies challenges and opportunities and generates networks to combine capacities and resources in the regions of Andalusia, Algarve, Alentejo and Galicia. This conference is held within the framework of both the ATLAZUL project: Promotion of the Atlantic Coastal Alliance and the ITEAZUL project: Innovation and transfer for the Blue Economy, developed by the University of Cadiz and CEIMAR.
